Indonesia – FREE shipping
Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan) – delivery within 1–3 business days / 200,000.
Australia & New Zealand – delivery within 5–7 business days / IDR 300,000.
Europe – delivery within 7 business days / IDR 600,000.
USA – delivery within 7 business days / IDR 600,000.
To Note
- All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our Bali, Indonesia studio.
- Each piece is made with intention and produced on demand to reduce unnecessary waste. Kindly allow 2–5 business days for preparation before your order is shipped.
- Our team operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed after business hours (Bali time) on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next working day.
- At this time, we are unable to ship to certain destinations due to courier restrictions, including Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Iraq, Myanmar, Serbia, Syria, and North Korea.
- A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order arrives safely. If unavailable at the time of delivery, DHL will hold your parcel and assist in arranging a new delivery.
- To avoid delays, please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate, including unit or apartment numbers where applicable.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Buddha Wear cannot be held responsible for lost parcels or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
International Taxes & Duties
- For orders shipped outside Indonesia, customs duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
- Any import duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- In accordance with international shipping regulations, we are required to declare the full value of all orders and provide supporting documentation if requested.
- Please note that shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable in the event a parcel is refused due to customs charges.
