Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange something?

Absolutely! If your item didn’t work out, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of your order date.

Here’s what we ask:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags and packaging should be just as you received them

Return shipping is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty — in that case, we’ll cover it)

Full-priced items returned within 14 days are eligible for a refund or store credit.

Please note: Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. Thank you for understanding.

 

What about sale items?

We do not accept returns on any sale items.
All sale purchases are final.

 

What if my item is faulty?

If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please let us know.
If our team confirms the fault, we’ll issue a full refund and cover the return shipping — whether the item was on sale or full price.

 

Gift cards and store credits

Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable

Valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Can only be used in our online store

 

How do I return something?

Your order includes a Returns & Exchange Form. Just fill it out and send your item back to the address provided on the form.

A few tips to make it smooth:

Return shipping is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty)

If you're returning from outside the country, duties and taxes may apply

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage

Returns may take up to 14 days to arrive. Once received, we’ll process your return within two business days and email you once your refund or credit has been issued.

 

Can I return an online purchase in-store?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in-store for items purchased online.
All online orders must be returned through our online process.

 

Purchased through a retailer?

If you bought your Buddha Wear item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly for any returns or exchanges.

We can only accept returns for items purchased through our official online store.
